Connecting Soft1 to AI: the options, side by side

There are now several ways for an AI to reach Soft1. They do not do the same job. Some sit inside the ERP, some talk over MCP from Claude or ChatGPT, some read the database directly, and some look at sales next to advertising data.

What follows stays with what the products' own pages say, checked in November 2026. Where a price or a capability is not published, we say so. Prices exclude VAT where the source says so, and they can change. The links are at the end.

There is no single option that fits everyone. The comparison is there so you can choose from where you work, and from what the AI is allowed to do.

The six options, briefly

SyncERP MCP Server

A hosted MCP server for Soft1 Series 6. It is an official app in ChatGPT, and it also connects to Claude and Cursor over MCP. The connector is https://mcp.syncerp.gr/mcp (Streamable HTTP, OAuth 2.1 with PKCE and Dynamic Client Registration). The connection uses Soft1 web services — s1services URL, username, password, App ID, company — with no change to the installation.

By default the connection is read-only and customer details are masked. Hosting is on infrastructure providers with SOC 2 reports (Railway / Google Cloud, EU – Netherlands). SyncERP itself is not SOC 2 certified.

It can also write back to Softone, once the company turns that on. The tool documentation at mcp.syncerp.gr/docs.html names two such tools: create_order and update_customer. They are disabled and hidden by default. They appear after the company requests write permission from the panel (Δικαιώματα εγγραφής → Αίτημα). The client is instructed to show the exact change and ask for confirmation before calling them. The remember_* and forget_* tools write only to that company's settings inside the connector (series labels and notes), not to the ERP.

Price: €50 per month or €500 per year for up to 5 users. An extra user is €15 per month or €180 per year. The trial is 14 days, with unlimited usage and no card. Prices exclude VAT. Twelve months at €50 is €600, so annual billing saves about 17%.

SOFT1 ERP AI Series

This is the AI SoftOne builds into the ERP itself. On the product page, the features are used from the screen a person is already working on, with no switch of system, and they draw on technology from Anthropic, Google and OpenAI.

In the public FAQ, AI functionality is available from version 600.623 (SOFT1 ERP AI Series). Ready-made recipes come with the service, including the basic C1 package, and they are not customizable for now. Agents act within the signed-in user's permissions and ask for confirmation before a change. No price is published on these pages.

In the same FAQ, MCP support — an inbound connection for a custom MCP, and outbound MCP servers from Entersoftone — is described as a future implementation, not as something available today.

Advisable.AI, SoftOne MCP Connector

A connector that talks to SoftOne Web Services (s1services) and gives Claude access to the installation's data. The page also says the workspace MCP is added to ChatGPT or Claude. It reads by default. If writes are enabled, creating and updating records and documents is supported, with a posting tool that asks for a preview and explicit confirmation. Deletion stays blocked.

The price published for the connector is a connection slot at €10 before VAT, on top of an active workspace subscription. The slot is included in the monthly renewal. The workspace price itself is not listed on the connector page. Each company or branch can be its own connection.

WorkAist

The integration page describes a SoftOne connector over MCP, with OAuth 2.0, read and write tools, and a Cloud or self-hosted choice. As example tools it names list_invoices, create_invoice, get_balance and list_transactions. It says data stays on WorkAist's infrastructure, and that beyond the plan there may be SoftOne API costs and model tokens.

On the price list, in November 2026: Starter is €290 per month for 1 user, with a 14-day trial and optional implementation at €490. Pro is €1,290 per month for up to 10 users, with required implementation at €4,900. Business starts at €2,900 per month, which is also where self-hosted is listed. Prices exclude VAT. Model tokens are billed separately.

Trackian

Trackian is a marketing analytics product. The SoftOne connector reads the ERP live, and only through the AI agent: sales, items, stock and customers do not appear in the dashboards or in Sentinel, and Trackian does not write to SoftOne. The connector is in alpha. One SoftOne company per project. Sales documents are requested for up to 92 days at a time.

Plans start at €59 per month (Signal), with Pulse at €149 per month and Horizon from €399 per month, excluding VAT. In the capability table, MCP access for AI assistants is not included on Signal and is included on Pulse and Horizon. Reading SoftOne through MCP, as the integration page describes it, therefore does not correspond to the lower Signal price. Signal and Pulse have a 14-day trial with no card.

cpouldev/soft1-mcp

A public, self-hosted MCP server in Python 3.13, for analysis of one Soft1 SQL Server database. It does not go through web services: it runs guarded, read-only T-SQL (SELECT) against the database. The published license is the Functional Source License 1.1 (FSL-1.1-ALv2): it allows use, copying and modification, other than offering the software itself as a competing service. For an authenticated deployment, the README asks for ODBC Driver 18 for SQL Server, Redis and Google OAuth. There is no subscription: you install it and run it. The README also includes Docker.

Comparison

When each one fits

SyncERP MCP Server

When you want a hosted MCP that reads Soft1 and, after the company asks for it, writes back: create_order and update_customer. The change is shown and confirmed before it runs. The base price covers up to 5 users, the trial is 14 days with no card, and there is an official ChatGPT app. That differs from options whose pages state read-only access, such as Trackian and cpouldev/soft1-mcp.

SOFT1 ERP AI Series

When the AI should sit inside Soft1 itself, on the screen the user already works in, and the installation is version 600.623 or later. The price is not public: SoftOne or a partner quotes it. MCP, according to the FAQ, is not available yet.

Advisable.AI

When there is already an Advisable workspace and you need one more slot, at €10 before VAT, for SoftOne. Access is through web services, in Claude or ChatGPT, read by default, with optional create or update that asks for confirmation.

WorkAist

When SoftOne is one of several connectors in an agent platform, and the team accepts a subscription from €290 per month for one person or €1,290 per month for up to 10 users. On Pro, the €4,900 implementation is required. Self-hosted is listed on the Business plan.

Trackian

When the question is marketing: what a campaign actually sold, next to what the ads report. It is read-only, in alpha, and it does not replace a general ERP assistant. For the MCP connection, the price table shows Pulse (€149 per month) and above, not the €59 Signal plan.

cpouldev/soft1-mcp

When you can host a server yourself with access to the SQL Server database, you want read-only T-SQL, and you will run it: Python, ODBC, Redis, Google OAuth. It is not a subscription service.

What was not measured

We did not measure speed, answer accuracy or implementation quality. Those show up on a specific installation. We did not add a capability that the corresponding page does not state.
